So what this is supposed to be is a place for local community banks in the Desert area who need some more exposure online, and would like to feature their lending products and services for potential borrowers and clients. This is a very simple and effective way to get borrowers and bankers together. This way our borrowers (visitors) know the credit union, or private lender is willing to enter into a loan application process, whereby the borrower can hopefully get approved for their loan.

We’ve had many small business owners coming the site of late, and they want to know if they can possibly, and finally get approved for a loan. The credit crunch in the Desert just as much as it is anywhere in the United States – sad and frustrating, but something we all have to deal with going forward.
