Well it depends on what State you are borrowing in - they're all a little bit different as far the law goes. You have to check your own State law on payday loan and cash advance lending. Same day personal loan usually are only pdl companies, but in some States there is no limit to what the lender can lend.

In some States the lender will lend whatever you have coming on your next paycheck. So if you have pay stubs proving that you make $5000 every check, they'll approve your loan.

Imagine the interest and fees on a $5000 same day personal loan? These lenders will really go after you with $30 charged on every $100. So on a $5000 dollar you would be paying $1500 in fees/interest. If you owned a payday loan store you would take that action every time!

I agree somewhat - I think that the only pdl sotres that give cash that fast are only lending a few hundred. Like 100 200 or 300

Hi - first time on this site. Even 1500 is not always possible in 24 hrs. I think you have to to go as low as 1000 before you can easily find a quick loan on the same day you apply.

I don't know if you can borrow $10000 in 24 hours. Usually the highest amount you can borrow in 24 hours is $1500 but those are cash advance or PD loan.

What do you need the money for? That makes a difference.

Can you get some of these loans in 24 hours? Even 72 hours would be good.

I need to borrow $10,000 in a week's time.

Yes good post Lewis and welcome to CLF. Look forward to reading more of you ideas on personal loans. Are you living in California or are you writing from out of State?

Great post, I also don't think you can find a same day loan without paying high fees and high APR. They are short term like you said and they cost way too much money for the money.
