This client has got himself into a financial cash flow problem and the only way out of it in the short term is to take out a loan which must be processed and the money delivered overnight. He has applied for an overnight loan for $4000 to pay off bills and other stuff which includes checks that he has already written to satisfied some of his creditors. This is something we never recommend and it can cause all kinds of problems and he is well aware of the potential problems it can cause.
As an aside, managing your cash flow is probably the most important thing any consumer can do next to managing their debt. If your cash flow income does not match and / or exceed your expenses, you will need to borrow money and risk being assigned a lower credit rating.
This client does not make a lot of money and has no savings to speak of. They live from pay check to pay check and when an emergency occurs they must turn to applying for a loan to help them through the difficult times. In his case he had some car repairs and some medical bills that he needed to deal with which left him short of cash and he could not pay his landlord and some other expenses.
He is considered a high risk client even though his credit rating is not bad at this time. If his checks bounce he will quickly have a bad credit rating. We anticipate that one of our lenders will consider his application and they may feel that they can assist him with an overnight loan.
They will need to make a decision quickly and transfer the money to his account prior to the beginning of the business day to ensure that sufficient funds are in his account to cover the checks that he has written.

Extra information here please (some detail):: I really need a quick $4000 loan to be available first thing in the morning in my bank account so that a bunch of checks that I just wrote to pay bills will not bounce. My landlord and the utilities have been hounding me to pay what I owe them and I really want to pay them but lately we just have not had the money to meet all of our bills. We had a few problems with the car which I need to get to work and we had some medical bills to pay. Anyway I wrote these checks to satisfy them and asked them not to cash them for two days so I could get enough money to cover the checks I wrote.
If I do not have enough cash in the account, the bank is going to charge me a high fee for passing checks with insufficient funds and the people I write the checks too will also add a penalty fee to my account and make it even worse. We really need some urgent help to avoid these extra costs. Most people would not let themselves get into this kind of situation, but I did not know what else to do.
Note to Lender :: I work for a small company delivering parcels here in the city. It only pays minimum wages, but it is steady and I have been with them now for a couple of years. My wife also works a minimum wage job and between the two of us we generally make enough to get by. Unfortunately as I mentioned we had some extra expenses and that is where our cash went.
We do not get paid for another couple of days and should be able to begin repaying the loan at that time. I know I have asked for an overnight loan, however what I really need is the money overnight and then I would like to take a year to repay the loan in twelve equal monthly payments which we can handle between the two of us. Can you help us out?

I have plans to relocate as soon as this nightmare is over. My husband took my son right in Theodor of school vacation again only because he had a high priced dishonest atty. I will do whatever it takes for my son AndI to be together again but I must have the help of any atty.or I won’t be ok and neither will my son. I can pay 100 per month back until Doc. is final, than can finally pay my friends, family and everyone else who has been there for me back and my sons Dad will no longer be able to “be my boss”, and “do what he wants when he wants. Oval my son EVERY SINGLE DAY, we miss each other terribly and without an atty., I don’t even want to think like that. Money should not affect a custody decision but……it does and I plan on being an advocate for Moms and/or Dads that cannot afford arts. in custody cases.

I am in desperate need of approx. 2000 for travel, and atty to review all of my paperwork and to represent me at these last hearings. My sons Dad has been doing whatever he wants including not sending my son to see me during his vacations and I am LOST, because no atty. PLEASE HELP

Simply I am a single Mom on permanent disability who raised my son pretty much on my own for the past give years because my husband decided to “do his own thing” . He returned after giving us next to no help (I had to move out of state to be closer to my family after having to barely keep our home out of foreclosure, but did and was able to sell, pack up and relocate my self and 4 year old son. My husband returned proceeded to retain a high priced dishonest atty. and excuse of the lies got temp custody of my son. Very long story short, after the help of some wonderful daily, friends and a lot of hard work I am nearing the end of this nightmare and must retain an atty to represent me in my final hearings or sO have been told I could lose my son and not get the proper restitution of what is due to me especially because he has not and will not be honest if he she’s I am still not represented. I am nearing the end of a terrible divorce which has depleted me mentally physIcarly, EMOTIONALLY, spiritually, and FINANCIALLY. I am in desperate need of any help at this point. I am on permanent disability due to a horrible car accident and receive a check the 1St to 3rd of each month. I have depleted Al savings, etc. to pay for a reputable atty. after myself as far as I could),. travel to and from where I must go. I need approximately 2000 to help with the remaining of my divorce/custody case and I must take 1 more trip asap to enforce visitation orders that my sons Dad ignored because I was a self representing until recently and if I do not keep my atty. and. get to one of my final hearings I risk losing my son just because of money. My husband lied to get temp. custody which he did because at the time I did not have a atty. my son rep have had the help of some wonderful friends and family but I am now in diar need of any financial help. Just wanted to drop a note in here to say thank you very much for finding me a lender. I was in really tough shape a few weeks ago, and I needed 10K to clear up some debts I had with payday loans, credit cards, and even some phone bills with AT&T. I got approved for a loan of 12 thousand last week and the APR was really decent at 8%.

I need help. And right now, I believe this site is the only place I can turn to, that MAY be able to help me.
I don’t like asking for help. For anything. EVER! But I’m currently at a loss of what else to do.
I’ve been raising my kids, and supporting myself and them all on my own for almost 10yrs. It’s never been easy, especially without ANY help from the boys’ father, but I’ve done it. It’s always been a struggle, and at times it’s been very hard, but I’ve kept them healthy, and happy and well adjusted, and I know I only have a few more years before my youngest boy graduates and then things will be much easier for me financially, once they’re out doing their own things.
Right now, however, I’ve gotten myself into a mess that I can’t get out of on my own. Well, I CAN. But I need help doing so.
There were issues that came up over the last year, (flooding basement repeatedly, extremely high power bills, partly because the basement was never finished and/or insulated properly when we moved in, and many car issues since I’ve been driving a 2003 car with 299,000+ km on it) that caused me to fall 6mo behind in my mortgage payment. I’ve tried to catch up, but there has always seemed to be another ‘emergency’ that has caused me to have to spend the money elsewhere and never catch up completely.
If I can’t pay the arrears, and now legal fees since they have started legal proceedings, sometime in the next couple of weeks, the bank is going to take my house, and my kids and I will be without a home.
The boys don’t know any of this is happening. This is my problem, not theirs. For now.
I am trying to do whatever it takes to ensure this doesn’t happen. And yes, that includes putting myself ‘out there’ and begging for the funds so I can make things right again.
I can’t afford to lose this house. My son has one year left of high school. There are NO houses to rent where we currently live that I could afford. People want $12-1400 a month + utilities. Not possible. And having to move the kids and pets into an apartment isn’t feasible either.
I have two active kids. Apartment living with pets and kids isn’t the best scenario, and again, are not readily available where we currently live.
This would mean having to move away from the schools and only community they’ve ever really known. I would have to take the boys out of their current schools, and force them to attend different ones in a new area/community. The thought of doing this to them honestly breaks my heart. So does the thought of losing my house.
The worst part is, I can actually AFFORD my current house. Especially if I had the work finally done to the basement, so the power would finally be manageable as well. I just need to get myself back to a point where there are no extras like unmanageable power, and constant car repairs, hanging over my head.
But I can’t do it on my own.
Bottom line is, I’m asking for a loan. $20,000. Borrowed for a two year period.
I’ve spoke to my mortgage broker, and in two years time, I can do one of two things. Either A) refinance the current mortgage, and include this borrowed amount to pay back one lump sum at that time.
Or option B) I could sell the house at that time, and give $20,000 + interest of the proceeds back to the lender then, and put the rest towards a new house.
This loan would allow me to pay the house arrears, and legal fees. It would also pay off the ONLY other outstanding debt I have, which is a $3900 Visa. It would also allow me to FINALLY get the basement finished and properly insulated, resulting in more manageable power bills. I already have someone reputable and reasonably priced, who can do the work. I just need the financing.
I have no other debt. I have no other loans. My visa is the only thing. But this would bring me to a $0 debt on everything.
Please understand that I didn’t want comment on this site at all. I didn’t want to ask anyone for help. But at this point, I have no choice. If I can’t come up with these funds, in the next couple of weeks, we’re out. I don’t know what else to do.
I wish I could just fix things myself. But I can’t. And the thought of my kids being without a house, hurts me more than having to ask for help.
So, here I am. Asking.
I want to keep my house, first and foremost, and also to improve it slightly, so it will be worth so much more in the long run.
But most importantly, I don’t want to put my boys through the emotional upheaval and turmoil that would come with losing their home.
I guess that’s it.
I realize this is a huge thing to ask, but like I said, this site is really the only place I have to turn to right now, so I’m asking. Thank you.
