This area of Clf is for borrowers who live in and around the City of Sacramento, Ca. The quest we are on is to give frustrated borrowers who are having a hard time getting approved for a loan a place to go and see what lenders in their local community of Sacramento have to offer them.

This is not to say the the banks that are conducting business on the area don’t have enough applicants banging down their glass doors for a loan – this is to say the there brokers who need a place to find leads, and borrowers who need to find approval.

This is an idea that one of our writers (Carol Williams who is a loan officer living in Los Angeles) came up with to bring both parties in the consumer lending dance together to do some business. This is no different than a sort of quick and easy Craigslist. If it takes off then we may have to create a forum where you all can meet and chat a little bit better. We are controlling the dialogue to some degree, because we have to approve every request for a loan, and every lender or bank promoting their lending products.

There is allot of people living in Sacramento (over 450,000 at the time of this writing), but there are even more in the neighboring areas, and we are allowing all lenders and borrowers from these areas to join in and use this page.
