I live in the state of maryland. I am trying to get a debt consoladation loan of $40,000. Iam employed full time and make $72,000 a year. I got into this situation by helping my daughter with her mortgage when her husband was laid off. He is now back working but Iam in this situation. Iam looking for a 5 year term but less would be acceptable. Also I would accept less than $40,000 if that improves my chances. Thank you for your time and consideration.
